An instrument conveying the possession of real property for a fixed period of time in consideration of the payment of rent.

Our leases relect the needs of our tenants by being as flexible as possible allowing our tenants to:

  • have the opportunity to terminate their lease with just three months notice
  • easily increase or decrease the size of unit rented to relect changes in your business.

Generally the standard form of lease is for 2-3 years, protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act, but with an option to break the lease by giving 3 months written notice. Longer leases are available in certain circumstances and some one year flexible licences are offered.
