LEASE - A document under which a landlord and tenant set forth the rights and obligations of each party with respect to an apartment, rental unit, or other real property owned by the landlord and used by the tenant. An instrument conveying the possession of real property for a fixed period of time in consideration of the payment of rent.

Our leases relect the needs of our tenants by being as flexible as possible allowing our tenants to:

• have the opportunity to terminate their lease with just three months notice
• easily increase or decrease the size of unit rented to relect changes in your business.

Generally the standard form of lease is for 2-3 years, protected by the Landlord and Tenant Act, but with an option to break the lease by giving 3 months written notice. Longer leases are available in certain circumstances and some one year flexible licences are offered.
